Description
This Catalina 36 MK II shows as a much newer boat, and is well-equipped for comfortable family cruising. She has been maintained to very high standards, featuring a warm and inviting cabin, with a large double aft cabin, main salon with "gaming / breakfast" table, and her forward owner's cabin has a separate entrance to the head. Her galley is spacious, with great counter space and storage galore. The electronics package is complete and has repeaters below. Her mechanical systems look like they are only a few years old.
Windsong has been lovingly cared for and upgraded by her marine professional owner. Features like her deeper draft fin keel for performance and spirited work to weather, a 100 amp per day solar power system, great for moorings, sugar scoop transom, dinghy and dinghy davits, custom carpentry, including a custom companionway entry door system and a gorgeous cockpit table only begin to scratch the surface...
She is ready to go and shows as nearly new. Please call or write today!

Kevin joined East Coast Yacht Sales after having had a successful, nearly three-decade career in yacht brokerage at another upper bracket broker/dealer in New Jersey. Among Kevin's professional distinctions is having served on the Yacht Broker's Association of America Board of Directors, a peer-elected position. Kevin is a Florida-licensed broker and is the only Certified Professional Yacht Broker working in New Jersey.
Kevin grew up in Maryland, sailing out of Annapolis, and has lived aboard, sailed all over the world, delivered boats to and from the Caribbean, and more. His industry contacts are vast. Kevin has sold boats from as far away as Australia and the Med. The 'just right' sailboat, dayboat or motoryacht is out there for most boaters. Kevin will find it for you, or find the right buyer for your boat!
A sailor by nature and practice, Kevin's best skill set may be on display in the galley. Kevin and his wife have travelled extensively, volunteered abroad and here at home, and have studied and sampled multiple cuisines, learning that the best way to appreciate a culture other than one's own is in the galley or kitchen, or around the dining room or cockpit table. When not boating or actively selling boats, Kevin and his wife Joan are either looking after their bees, or growing organic berries and fruits and veggies at their home in Little Silver, New Jersey.
