On Deck
The Chaparral 275 features a large cockpit, which is perfect for cruising or simply lounging in the sun. Aft of the helm, there is an L-shaped settee to starboard and a large sun-bed for lounging. To port is a wet bar complete with running water, a refrigerator and plenty of storage.
The swim platform has a swim ladder, a fresh water shower, controls for the Clarion sound system and a telescoping swim ladder.
The helm station features two seats to starboard behind the wheel with adjustable bolsters for comfortable seating or standing. To port is another "navigators" seat.
The center panel of the windshield opens and the sliding companionway door has built-in steps for easy access to the foredeck
Down Below
Below decks, TIME HEIST has a deceivingly large and comfortable cabin with a U-shaped settee and table which will convert to a comfortable double berth.
There is an entertainment system above the settee forward, a galley counter and microwave oven aft and to port and a comfortable "wet head" to starboard.
There is plenty of light and ventilation through the opening ports and foredeck hatch.

TIME HEIST was re-powered in 2023 with a new Volvo 5.7 GXi gas powered engine.
She has a Lewmar electric anchor windlass that can be conveniently operated from the helm station. The anchor locker also features a second swim ladder for boarding from your favorite beach!

Sean Fawcett joins ECYS after four decades in the yachting industry. Sean has held positions as a yacht captain, boatbuilder, yacht designer, yacht charter broker and educator and is excited to bring his experience to the ECYS team.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Growing up in Manchester, Mass. and summering on Penobscot Bay in Maine, Sean learned to sail at an early age, was a summer sailing instructor at the Camden Yacht Club and always had his eye on a career in boating.
Sean graduated from The University of Pennsylvania where he was on the lightweight crew and was captain of the Penn Sailing team. Summer jobs often included running offshore racing yachts, as well as commissioning and delivering yachts up and down the eastern seaboard.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
After college, Sean began his yacht design career with Pedrick Yacht Designs in Newport, RI where he contributed to such notable designs as Stars and Stripes â87 for the Americaâs Cup and the IOR Maxi boats âSovereignâ and âDrumbeatâ. After ten years, he continued his design career with his own company, Fawcett Designs where he was part of the technology team for the America3 Americas Cup campaign.
Sean is joining us after ten years at The Landing School where he was Yacht Design Instructor, Director of Education and, most recently, President.
As a designer, Sean learned that it is imperative to understand how the performance of the boat matches the objectives of the owner. As such, Sean has raced or cruised with clients in almost every ocean in the world including competing in multiple SORCâs, Bermuda Races, Halifax Races, Kenwood Cups and Fastnet Races. Sean brings these same analytical skills to Yacht Brokerage, assuring that the boat matches the mission of the client.
